Hi Zumba Queen!!!!  Good job on making it to another class...doesn't feeling sore from working out feel much better than being sore from carrying so much extra weight around?  LOL!  U are doing so great!!!

As for me today.....

I did my 1 mile walk in a.m.

Then...you know the drill...back to planting...today was annuals....Impatiens, Lantana, Vinca & Pansies plus I made some assorted pots for the arbor that look pretty.  I am officially pooped...but the weather was beautiful!

I got my 10,000 strides in by taking 3 walks--about 1 hour total of walking.

I'm hoping to do some lawn work this weekend and maybe a few dog walks.  Between cleaning my messy, messy house!

My gosh, Amy, I am feeling so gooooood!

I had a low key day yesterday and got to have my first veggies since before the liquid diet!  I made a baked ricotta dish with low fat italian sausage and sauteed zucchini and mushrooms for my parents.  Look, you can actually eat good food and lose weight!

Today I am gearing up to do yard work and am looking forward to being outside.  I picked up some petunias on the way home and going to get my front porch hanging baskets lookin' pretty in short order!

I just weighed and I'm at 230.6!  I've been singing, "I'm near the 20s!  I'm near the 20s!" ever since!!

I'm absolutely thrilled!  And my DVR is filling up with programs because I'm not home or on the couch to sit and watch them!  Wooo hooo!!!

HUGS!!!!

p.s.  Zumba sounds like something that burns calories and vacuums your floors at the same time!

I must be really out of touch... I don't even know what Zumba is...  a type of exercise I get... but dancing? yoga? ti che?  not sure.  My surgery is about 5 weeks away....  I'm getting excited... I have the rest of this month... to get my thoughts in order... then May 1 I figure to detox myself from caffine and sugar...  then mid may I will start my 10 day liquid fast... for surgery on June 4.   It seems my every thought now adays goes toward....  "one day I will be able to >.........  "   I almost afraid to get my hopes up....  but want it so bad.  I can remember being obsessed with being overweight since I was 11 years old... I'm almost 55 now.  I won't know how to not be fat.
One day.....   I will dance and zumba too.

The way I've come to explain ZUMBA...  is Latin aerobics, with a dance flair..  and FUN!!!!

You will get to where you want to be...   You sound like you have your plan of action...   just know everything you are doing is to get you to that goal..  It is not always an easy journey... BUT it is has a HUGE payoff!

I'm not quite 1/2 way, but I can already tell so much of a difference!!
