Hey y'all! Now that I'm back to walking, I thought I'd jump on the bandwagon and start the thread today.
Yesterday I had to ride the bus in to work. I made the huge mistake of riding in the back, where all the jostling is so much worse. I had to clutch at my pork to keep it from hurting! Yowch! I walked to my car last night and quite enjoyed it. And the bumpy bus yesterday made it an easy choice to walk in this morning.
Goals:
:: 2 x 20 minute walks (one down, one to go)
:: 10,000 steps on my pedometer (or as close as I can get!)
What are you doing to move today?

Hi ya Denise,
Glad to hear you are out and about again.
I went to water aerobics at the YMCA. It was an hour long and very GREAT. It was much harder than I would have imagined it to be. My hubby kept saying that was not a good enough challenge, but boy was he wrong. I was sweating and huffin and puffin by the time we were threw. Will definitely be doing that alot more.

I cannot wait until school is out so I can do the water aerobics at the Y!!! See ya Friday night at 5:30 for Zumba??
I have not done any "official" exercise, but I have been all over school today dealing with TCAP testing and then behavior breakdowns.. I'll do the Y tomorrow.. for now, me and my period water gain are going to snuggle up on the heating pad...
