Hermitage Support Group

When I began this journey back in January i was required to attend one pre op support group.   Naturally I choose the one closest to my house.   Prior to going I thought it would be a one time thing, go meet requirements and be done.   Boy was I wrong.  This is the most wonderful and supportive group of people I have ever met.   I look forward to every meeting.   At this months meeting me decided to walk the greenway in Nashville.   So this morning Joe, Jennifer, Shellie, Christie, and myself went for a walk.... 4 1/2 miles.   My body told me to stop but with them by my side encouraging me I could have walked 10 miles.   I just wanted to thank them for being there for me and encouraging me during this wonderful journey.   

If anyone is interested in coming to our support group it is the 3rd Thursday of every month at The Grace Place in Hermitage.

The Group is so supportive.... they are great.  It is the 3rd thursday of the month from 6:30 - 8.
