ZUMBA!!!!! (IDGOMB Friday - edition)
TODAY..... I ZUMBA'd!!!!!!!!!!!! Luckily it was a smaller class only 6 others, so I got to pick a spot behind everyone. Not that it mattered there were mirrors everywhere!
It was an hour of latin music and movement!!! It was a GREAT workout!!! I cannot wait to go back!!!! The instructor was very good, I told her I might not make it the whole time, cause it was my first time, but I did, I did the WHOLE hour. Now.. I didn't hit every step but I think I did pretty good keeping up. It was FUN!!!!
I had gotten to the Y a bit early so I did 12 minutes on the elliptical and 12 minutes on the treadmill. (Why 12 minutes? - that is how long it takes me to get 1/2 mile)
Yesterday - I put Connor in the stroller and walked a mile and half.
Saturday - We will do our walk again.

Although I lost weight this morning (oh...I officially have less than 100 pounds to lose now!! 99 more to go....that was a big goal of mine & I got there today!! Yea me!), I have had a tough pain day...not the burning ripping pain, but just bad soreness....let's see, could it be that yesterday I did cartwheels on the grass w/my girls, or that I cleaned my vehicle right after and then spent three hours organizing the kids closets? Hummm...I wonder why I am so sore.

WAY TO GO AMY..I am so jealous. I had to go the the "hair cut place" as my kids call it. My goal this week is to do some (well at least one) classes at the Y. I will keep y'all updated on that. I did go to the Y yesterday. I did 30 min on elliptical and 30 min cafe. The cafe was the first time I have done anything resistance yet and I am alittle sore in my legs. But I will try to walk it off today.
