Ok lets try this again
Well I went to my doctor last Thursday he wrote out a letter stating that I do have to use a cane when I do a lot of walking. He also stated that I am very limited at what I am able to do because of my obesity. They faxed the letter to Centennial and they faxed it on to my insurance company. So now im a waiting again. But I dont think it will take as long as it did before ( I hope ). Anyway Happy Easter Everyone!!

You have got to hang in there. I personally felt like pulling my hair
out. My surgery request was sent in with a code that well(who knows)
what kind of surgery, and I waited a whole 3 weeks for the wrong
surgery. HA ha .I laugh because if I didn't I would cry. So now after
about a week I have been approved.
I felt like I had to hold hands with surgeons office,and my insurance.
I stayed on everybody. I wasn,t rude or hateful just very proactive.
You should hear something maybe this week, but I would be calling to
nicely see if they need any more information.

Oh I am so glad you were approved. I think I would have cried, I did when they denied me because I wasnt in a wheelchair. But I am so glad my doctor wrote them a note explaining that I do use a cane when needed. I am gonna start calling monday to check on my status, and hopefully I will get the answer that have been praying for.
