I've got a few people with me for the Easter challenge....     Check out the other post and let's have some fun and inspire each other to reach our goals!

My plan:
1)  Set my goal!   check - done that
2) Post my goal so that I will be accountable to my OH friends!  - check - done that
3) Keep a faithful food diary (yes, I'm confessing to becoming a slacker the last couple of weeks, but no more, I'm writing everything down that goes into my mouth!)  - ongoing and going well
4) Exercise either at the Y or on my bike at home. - ongoing and going well

Ok so it is only a four step plan, but I am determined to be down in the 240's by Connor's birthday which is May 3rd, and I believe this challenge with ya'll will be my inspiration to get there!

Thank you for being a part of this with me, and I hope I can be an inspiration to you in meeting whatever goal you decide to reach for yourself!

Goals provide the energy source that powers our lives. One of the best ways we can get the most from the energy we have is to focus it. That is what goals can do for us; concentrate our energy.

Ok.....I'm trying to get a jump on you.......I got up early and went to the GYM this morning.  I felt kind of bad, there was noone there but me.  Most everyone who comes on the other days went to church today.   Anyway,  I was there at 7:30 this morning.   Did 2 miles on the treadmill at a faster pace than I usually do.  Worked on my arms with 3 pound weights, did the ab machines, the leg machines and the rowing machine.  I was DONE.   BUT....I feel so good after I kill myself at the gym I can hardly believe that I'm the same person.

My weight is not coming off as fast as I would want, but I can feel the difference in my body.  I am just going to do things right and enjoy the ride.

YEAH!!!  You won the early bird prize today!!  (sorry no offical prize associated other than knowing you are a winner!) When I exercise at home on the bike, I have to wait until kiddo takes or nap or go to bed for the night, otherwise he is by my side wanting his turn and I don't get much real pedaling in!

I LOVE your last statement...    I too am just going to keep doing to do things right and enjoy the ride!!
