 Lets see, today I have emptied 6 more boxes, organized my new computer desk, painted my kids bathroom, and will work about 5 hours tonight. Whoohooo!

To the Gym.  1.5 miles on the treadmill, 1 mile on the bike.  Weights for arms.   Today I added a light workout for midsection.  1st time since surgery.  Looks like it didn't hurt me....Actually felt good.   I am patting myself on the back and am so proud of myself for the first time in a long time!

Bob still work'n on the Kitchen, with touch ups. Then I also do 40 leg lifts and scoobie thanks mom as lost it. LOL Barb
