second appeal

Hi everyone,
Some of you know about my insurance issues. I am appealing the BCBST exclusion with Obesitylaw.com. The first appeal was denied as expected. The second level appeal,a teleconference,is scheduled for May 5. It is a long time away but my advocate was unable to get anything any closer.
Please, everyone,pray,cross fingers,swing chickens,do whatever it is you do for a positive outcome in this hearing. If I win the appeal,it will not only benefit me but will set a precedent for other people trying to overturn exclusions in insurance policies. Thanks in advance.

My prayers and good wishes go with you!    You've got very able help in the Obesity Law lawyers!  When they handled my 2nd appeal, a teleconference was scheduled and my insurance carrier representative called less than 24 hours before the teleconference to tell me that it was cancelled because the committee went ahead and approved my surgery.   When I got the letter, they'd approved it approximately 10 days earlier and just let me simmer and stew about the teleconference and the appeal and all that.

I hope yours gets cancelled, too, and they let you know immediately!
