Dinner Club pictures......surgery tomorrow for me
I have uploaded a couple of pictures from last night. I'm not sure what caused the look on my face.......................lol
It is time for me (again) to have my rotator cuff surgery. I have to be at Summit @ 8:30 and surgery is 10:30ish. They say that it will take at least 3-4 hours, depending on what all they have to do to me. I will have 2 ortho doctors in there working on me. As far as I know this is going to be a same day surgery. I went and got fitted for my (buddy) aka sling last week and they gave me my 4 prescriptions to have filled. So I have those ready for me when I get home. I think they are going to give me a nerve block, so I won't have any feeling for about 24 hours. Not sure what to expect after that wears off. I am to start my PT on Wednesday, that should be real fun...............NOT
Phil will post when he can, or he may call on someone to post for him. He has the list of people that want to be contact on how I done and what all they had to do to me.
So I won't be posting for awhile, please don't miss me too much........lol
and if you don't mind say a little extra prayer for me. I am dreading this something fierce.

I do hope all goes well for you, and I will definately miss seeing your posts! BUT, I've got the 28th on my calendar, and 5/2, and I'm sure there will be something in between. I am sorry I missed everyone last night, but I think staying home and keeping the sudafed going and the sleep has helped out BIG TIME! I'm feeling MUCH better!

The best of luck tomorrow. I know you have been dreading this surgery but you will get through it fine - just remember -DRUGS!!!!! Don't be shy about asking for them while in the hospital and when you get home, don't hesitate to keep that pain down as it is easier than trying to control after it had gotten out of hand.
Listen to me telling the old pro about pain.
