Stoma question

Can the stoma srink once it has strected without surgery?

Now the bad news. The clutchie side of me struck again. We were out doing our daily 3 miles Monday and I was running while I had the dog 's leach and I stumbled over a pebble in the road and went down hard on my right knee and elbow and my left hand. I landed on my ring finger and my hand is swollen all the way back to my wrist. I scraped my right knee and it is swollen and I have a knot on my elbow. My finger started turning blue Mon night. It usually takes a lot for me to bruise. Ok lets have a pitty party for the old woman (68). I am so afraid of braking a bone and never healing.

We are in the middle of so many projects getting ready for spring. When I weighed 250 DH didn't want to do anything and now that I weigh 135 he won't stop. If he keeps going we won't have a lawn to mow but we will have to open fruit stand.

Sorry I didn't mean to go on so long. Hope everyone enjoys the nice weather we have coming this weekend.    Birdy/ Carolyn

Oh my!  Did you go for X-rays?   You could have dislocated something, which hurts just as bad as a break..  I am the one in the family who has broken, dislocated, torn, sprained, strained, and been stiched up more than any of my other brothers and sisters...   I've learned over the years to get checked out rather than wait, because sometimes the longer the wait to get help, the longer the healing process...

Take care of yourself!!!!
