Needing Help..Doctor

Hello my OH Buddies,
I was wondering if anyone can tell me where I can find a good doctor who will help me with fibromyalgia pain and is'nt afraid to give me some meds for bad pain.
I'm hearing alot anymore that alot of the doctors here in TN are afraid to be doctors!
I just want to get this pain to stop!!  I have cervical stenosis and neuropathy and I have muscle spasms most of the time in my neck along with some numbing.
Anyone know who can help me in Nashville or Columbia ??

I know if your neuropathy pain and muscle spams are comming from diabetic complications the vanderbilt diabetic drs are good about treating.

Thank you!  I'm not diabetic but I still need to find a good doc for my problems.
