6 yrs post op-third baby due in 4 wks

hello- its been three years since i reached out to you folks due to lact of computer!
i am scared about having a baby at 38- last one was 13 years ago!
also terrified about the 50 pounds i have to loose once he is here!
i have zero friends and family here in knoxville tn, i am from another state and havent connected since ive been here.
im scared in general

It is normal to be scared for sure. I wish I could say the 50lbs will be easy to lose...for some it is. It hasn't been for me and I had my baby a year ago and still hanging onto more than I care to admit lol
