Looking for a support group in Murfreesboro

I am looking for a support group in or near Murfreesboro that meets Wed-Fri evening or on the weekend. I cannot attend Monday or Tuesday evenings becuase I go to school.

Also I am looking for a workout buddy to go to the Olympus gym in Jackson Heights plaza in Murfreesboro with me a few or several times per week.  It would be much more fun with a buddy!

I live in Murfreesboro. I don't know of any support groups in our area. How much is the Olympus gym? I need to start going. But at the moment my van is broke down so I have no transportation until I get it fixed. My schedual is a little messed up anyway!

Olympus has a one-time joining fee of $60 whi*****ludes the first month's membership fee. After that it is only $14.99 per month. They have free tanning and 3 free sessions with a personal trainer. Also free childcare. All different types of people work out there - I was very comfortable when we visited.

Is that per person? Is there a contract or do you just pay from month to month? Do they have a pool? We are in Antioch and are starting a new support group this Thursday night at Hobson Pike Baptist Church, it is just a little passed where Starwood use to be. Jus****ch the board for more details.

It is per person. I do think there is break on the joining fee for a family membership and they have some corporate discounts as well. They do direct debit the $14.99 each month but you can cancel any time.

I thought  the group met at bodywise for the 2nd Monday each month. also 2nd tues is at bariactric center at 5pm. I think they have another group that meets during the day . not sure. phone # is 396-4965. looking forward to meeting you soon. I go to the wellness center for workouts. sponcered by the hospital and costs $20 per month .  may need to look into your gym and I need a work out buddy !!

I need to work out!  If I can swing the funds, I'll join you.

I am hoping that Dr. Spaw clears me for exercise when I go back to see him tomorrow. I need to get moving to keep up with the saggy skin!
