Has anyone heard from Marilyn????

I know that she was suppose to have more surgery yesterday and I was just wondering if anyone has heard from her. I hope everything is okay.

I'm here, I'm here! Everything went well.  I am back in the sling for a couple of weeks.  The surgeon was able to ge through all the scar tissue and get full mobility while in the OR.  Of course swelling has set up, so it won't do that now, but my PT is working diligently on it.  They didn't do a block on it but did it under general anesthesia so the pain when I woke up was incredible!  The recovery nurse gave me just about every narcotic in their pharmacy before it got under control, am I am not kidding.  Needless to say, grazing, actually, eating was not an issue yesterday. The only thing I got in was the IV fluids while I was there.  I am trying to catch up a little today with protein.  Thanks for asking!

 Apparently I have been living in a cave lately--I didn't even realize you were having your shoulder surgery!

I'm glad you got through it fine.  Feel better and heal and don't let them beat you up too much in PT!
