Lunch Bunch yesterday
Just wanted to let everyone know, that Phil and I had a great time yesterday. It was so great to meet the newbies like Amy and little Conner, he is such a cuite pie, and Kenny and Missy, glad ya'll made it even though Kenny didn't get to eat and he done great setting there with everyone and that takes determination. So how did the shopping go afterwards? Did Conner get new shoes? Is there anything left at World Market........lol? I hope everyone got what they were shopping for and more. We made it to work in plenty of time and our night wasn't so bad. I hope we didn't rush ya'll leaving yesterday. I got to see Melissa....I forget which number she is on the board......lol and her husband Jim. I did have a problem with my belly, I don't think the new adventure of food and or spices agreed with me. I had a couple of potty issues and cramping, but so far all seems to be ok this morning.
Oh and another thing, I got sweet sugar from another male other than my hubby on Valentines Day...................Thanks Mr. Conner..........LOL
Hope everyone has a great Sunday. We will be working the Slipknot concert tonight and we are sooooooooooo not looking forward to it. I am not sure what to expect. I am hoping they will put me somewhere not so busy. I'm sure there will be some sights to be seen.

Cheryl, you guys ended up working tonight? Now don't enjoy yourself too much ... you headbangers you! LOL. On 2nd thought, you might want to take about, oh about 3 bottles of liquid tylenol!
I am sorry that I did not get to come to lunch bunch. Genghi's Grill IS MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT other than Longhorns. I love love love "choose your protein" as their motto. I fill my bowl with so much meat, I just love it. And, I do splurge when I go there and eat a plastic cup full of those crispy noodles while I am waiting on my bowl to get to me.
Yesterday Tim & I went to Clarksville to the winery with another couple. We had a "double day date" and did the tour, tasted wine, then went to Longhorn for dinner, and shopped awhile. *Yes let me say, the wine tasting did get me a little woozy/light headed! It surely does not take too much. I did not like many of the wines but finaly chose one to purchase... while we were there, tasting the wine, they had some samples of chocolate opened and put into a bowl. I took a tiny piece and OH MY HEAVENS. That chocolate made me want to pee my pants. It was so good and rich and just melted in my mouth. The perfect piece of chocolate, and I could walk away fully satisfied with having one bite. Not like the olden days, when I would have needed to buy a whole box and open it as soon as we got into the car... eating it all!!
Tim gave me a beautiful necklace and earring set that sparkled so much. I loved it. Overall it was the most fantastic day... my 2nd Valentine's Day with Tim, and my 2nd Valentine's Day to EVER have a boyfriend. I am glad that I am sharing those two events with the same person.
Postop life is wonderful
