A progression of pics!
I know I've posted a few of these pics before, but seeing them all together really shows the difference! 
In the first picture, Beth is 6 months out, while my sister (Melissa #1) is 12 days, and I am 7 days out from surgery!
This picture was taken at Easter of this year.
This one was taken around July of this year, very close to Beth's 1 year surgerversary.
And this one was taken on Thanksgiving day! We added up our weights like we do at Lunch Bunch...drumroll please....558 pounds lost!!!!!
For anyone who is new, hang on! In one years time you will have many changes in your life, both good and bad! But the good definitely outweigh the bad!
