Anyone up and moving today? I took the slacker's way out Friday, Saturday and Sunday and paid the price by sleeping terribly last night. That was a good motivation to get off my butt this morning.
:: Logged in 20 minutes on my elliptical
:: Did 10 repetitions of leg exercises with my red stretchy bands (learned these in PT last year)
:: Walked in to the office from the shuttle lots, took 20 minutes
I can't wait to get this weight off. My poor feet and ankles are killing me! But each step gets me closer to healthy, so I keep on moving!

I was up and moving to work at 6am, then after work to the gym for a round of weights (upper and lower body) then left and drove to the track close to home. I thought it would be warm enough for walking outside with long sleeves on, but by the time I got there the clouds had moved in and wind had picked up.....but I did get a mile in (1/2 of it at a jog).

It is down right cold (my computer says it's 49 degrees) today--good job on squeezing in the 1/2 mile before getting frozen. Maybe I should have brought gloves today, as I still have to walk to my car!
I need to add free weights to my routine. I'll try to keep you in mind when I get home and move my little bench and weights into my bedroom. If it's in my face in my bedroom, I'm much more likely to do it.
9644 strides on my pedometer. I'm aiming for 12K before the day is done.
