I know many of you know what it is like to return to work after major surgery.   Literally it has been work and sleep.  Shew not easy.  Each day is a little better, but it has been rough.

The surgery went well but I will be the first to say i had WAY too much done at one time.  I ended up having at total hysterectomy (removal of uterus, ovaries, fibroid the size of a grapefruit, benign (thank God) cyst, and endometriosis) along with belt lipectomy and breast lift with implants.  TOO MUCH!  Please do not make the mistake I did.  On top of that, my one nite stay in the hospital turned into 4 and I got 2 units of blood before being let go.  That being said...I survived and my hubby has been the best nurse.

After the surgery i became very emotional ( i know hormones, surgery...i know i know) but esp when looking at the pics from the walk.  I so wanted to be there.  I know my place was with my bff in GA at her mothers funeral, but I SOOOOOO wanted to be at the walk.  I enjoyed looking at all those pics and seeing everyone having a good time.  And the turn out was amazing.  Thank yall for posting those pics.

Thank you to those who came by to see me.  I dont remember much (dilaudid pump).  I do remember Susan being there cause she is threatening to hold all my goofiness against me (again, dilaudid pump).  I think Susan reassured my hubby when i came in looking like death.  Thanks for being there girl.

Thank you to those who came by the office to see me.  Yes you can hug, it doesnt hurt!  LOL!  And especially to all for the prayers.  It was a very stressful time for me and I felt each one.  Btw, my mom is home in GA now doing much better.

I just wanted yall that werent at the mid tn lunch bunch to know i was alive and back at it.  And slowly getting up to speed, altho i believe some of those brain cells will never return (no comments there are needed).  Oh and Melinda, I hope Tim has started therapy on the prank I pulled on him.

Thanks yall.

Paula

I just want to thank you letting me feel your breasts.   Haha...

Now people are really wondering what we do at lunch bunches!

**Paula let me feel her implants.  They were gushy, gel-o-ey and Tim, Mike and Bill stood in line to feel too! LOL.  Plastics!  Lord, it sure takes the conservativeness out of a girl!

That's because he is afraid of you. LOL It was his idea for he and Tim to come over and get in line though. He's such a goober!!

I told him he should have felt it. **Just for the record here folks, they were touching the area just above her breast with their fingertip, kind of near the front of the armpit. They were NOT feeling her up.** He said he would wait and touch mine. Wahoo!! Maybe I will get updated girls some day.

Glad to see you feeling so much better. Love ya girl!!

Hey there pretty Paula!

Glad to hear that you are doing well (or as well as can be expected after having your plumbing ripped out...fluffed up...added to and then trussed like a chicken!)  Anyway...glad to see you on the board again!  I am amazed at how good you look.  Hopefully one day you will feel that good!
Thanks for sharing your experience!
