Okay, the newbie's gotta ask . . . what does IDGOMB mean anyway? Here's my guess, based on it being about exercise: I've Done Got Off My Butt?
I'm adding lots more walking--we have to park a jillion miles away from the buildings at work (you've seen the parking at Vandy!) so I have skipped the shuttle from the parking lot every day this week! It takes me 20 minutes to walk to my office and another 20 minutes to walk back to my car. Also, I've dragged my sorry butt out of bed early 3 days this week to put in 20 minutes on my elliptical trainer. The sassy dietician said that the more you work out, the better off you'll be. Plus I gotta drop 12 pounds in order to put in for insurance approval. So no time like the present.
Maybe I'll get ambitious this weekend and drag out my girlie weight bench and free weights!

Denise great effort if you stay with it your recuperation will be easier and your weight loss will accelerate. Getting healthy is more then loosing weight. Eating the right foods and exercise are a major part. To answer your question IDGOMB your pretty close I Did Get Off My Butt! It's set up so who ever gets in their exercise first starts the post for the day so don't be timid jump in! C'ya Bob
