Trina misses you guys so much ------->
Umm.... I dunno sweetie.. I gotta lot of hanging skin..... I weighed 117 at my Vanderbilt weigh in yesterday. ... I was pretty happy about that... I even had on lots of clothes cause I know it is cold in those buildings.... I am a 47 year old female that stands 5'3"... But all that hanging skin is not gonna keep me from the pool party.... Wendy Warren... you rock my world sweetie... and it is people like you that help me keep going each day... cause if I can do it ... you can do it baby..... Wendy you can do this... and I am gonna make sure that you do... me and Ms. Barb are gonna stop at nothing to make sure..... Do you still want to be our friend?? LOL
Of course I am dragging my sagging bagging self to the pool party. But I have to admit that at the age of 47 I will be bringing my 115 pound self.... I say that because I have followed my surgeons recommendations to a T.... It has not been easy but I have had no choice. I entered into a gentleman's contract with Dr. Richard's. I promised him if he would do my surgery then I would follow his instructions to a T. Guess what??? It has worked.... I am at the top percentage of my weight loss program. He did what he said he would do for me and I did what I said I would do for him.... Neither of us wavered.....Dr. Richard's and I both are winners... He trusted me and I trusted him...
Awwww!!! Trina you are so sweet to think of all of us like that. That let's me know that I'm on someone's mind.......lol.
I am doing GREAT!!!! I walk 6 days a week and will be going back to the dietician on Monday and we'll see how things are going from there. I must admit that eating has become a real big chore for me thou, I prefer to drink instead of eat but I do manage to get something in me besides my vitamins and calcium and other required meds. Well I'm gonna go for now so hurry up and get home and bring on the pictures!!!!!!!

I am doing GREAT!!!! I walk 6 days a week and will be going back to the dietician on Monday and we'll see how things are going from there. I must admit that eating has become a real big chore for me thou, I prefer to drink instead of eat but I do manage to get something in me besides my vitamins and calcium and other required meds. I was a little worried about you in the beginning for maybe doing too much too soon but you have proven me wrong... I love to be wrong..... I am very proud of you...
Make sure you have all your questions lined up for your nutrition consult on Monday... What time is your appointment? I have to be back at Vanderbilt in the afternoon and was hoping we could bump in to one another while we were there....

Hey hunnie!!!! Well I've been tryin to get ahold of you to give up the update on my Mr. K as you like to call him. Things are going well. I regret to inform you all though I will not be making it to the pool party. I have a 4 day vacation set in Alabama that's calling my name. I'm unsure as to whether mom and dad will make it or not. I am leaving Friday and not coming back til Monday afternoon. I will surely have pictures when I return. Just to settle all the rumors. LOL.

Brian, Steve and I will be at the picnic with the Bell thingy's. Huh and who will dance on table's Ms. Sue may not want folks to dance on her tables hee hee. Huh Cheryl. But I bet that Ms. Beth and Melissa will join in the jig with us. What do you think????? Along with Stacy,Tina, Tara, Melissa 2&3 Then there is Wendy lue, Shelia, Juanita and so many others to get into trouble with.......What a joy to be all together, I just love everyone!!!!

Oh my goodness gracious sakes alive! Q is gone too and I am a tuba mom? LOL He is doing fine now that we have all the financial aid/scholarship stuff fixed. I don't know what I was thinking. I don't like being in class every Saturday from 7am-5pm. I have to go right now to finish my homework for tomorrow and on Sunday I will get my lesson plans pulled together for the kidd-os I teach. This first week of school was a blast with the Safety lab demos, but now we have to go back to reality and hit the books and do as many demos and labs as possible... but geeze they have to read the book now... Pray for me. haha. Ok, talk to you soon!!!!
