I am awaiting approval from Cigna PPO....my husband works for the CIty of Oak Ridge and I do have the coverage on my policy.......I've done everything the ins. requests (just did my last PCP dr visit this morning).....do you think I will get approved? Any feedback on past experience?
I was approved from Cigna. Work with teh state fo TN in education. I called every other day to make sure they had everything. Was approved on the 1st time. Hope that gives you some peace.
I also have Cigna, and did everything they wanted plus 2 extra months on the supervised diet and they approved me within 3 weeks after I turned in my paperwork. They infact called me before my doctors office to wish me good luck!
