A big WOW yesterday

It took over a year but I finally did my 3 miles in an hour. Walking not jogging. I had set that goal when I signed on with OH. It sure feels good to make goal. 22 more pounds and I will be at my weight goal. My ideal weight is 98 lbs for my hieght 4'11" but at my age 67 years I think that is to low. I just bought a very cute skirt at goodwill and when I fit in that I quit. I hope everyone has a good week at least it is going to be a little cooler. Take care. Birdy

Birdy, That's great!  I haven't gotten up to walking 3 miles yet.  I can ride my bike 6 or 7, but so far, walking just a mile at a time.  Hopefully soon!  Keep up the good work, you'll be in the skirt sooner than you imagine! Marilyn
