First of all, I am having to start my 8 day liquid diet tomorrow and I am suppose to drink the SUGAR FREE  carnation instant breakfast,and I can not find the vanilla anywhere!  I can find chocolate, but I am not much of a chocolate person( thank god or I would weigh  more than I do now) so I prefer Vanilla or strawberry. I have checked walmart, rite aid and krogers in hendersonville, and cannot find it anywhere.    Please help!!!!!    Thanks everyone and I appreciate all the help you guys and gals have given me!  and I try to follow how everyone is doing and Keep up the good work!   hopefully I will also soon be a loser again! I will be having a revision from RNY to the lapband   on june 24th      Thanks     Nancy

I have not seen the sugar free carnation in Vanilla, have only seen chocolate. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. The 8 day liquid is no fun but some people had to do it longer. Wish you all the best.You may check and see if they will let you do a Protein liquid for 8 days that way you can do a Vanilla flavor but as always ask your Doctor first !!!!!

I agree with Juanita. I don't think the Sugar Free version comes in anything but Chocolate. I know you can get the low carb ones in other flavors and they don't have a lot of sugar in them. Since it is just your pre-op diet, maybe you can check and see if they will let you do the light or low carb ones for the 8 days. Or like Juanita suggested, maybe they will let you do another form of protein powder in another flavor and brand. Good luck! Almost time.

I have been searching also and have only seen the vanilla or strawberry online.  I don't know if you could get them in time.  I have checked Walmart, Kroger, Walgreens, and Food Lion. Good Luck!

The vanilla does exist as does strawberry and chocolate malt.  You can buy the variety pack at Publix or order it online.  Honestly though...I would order the stuff from bariatriceating.com  Much tastier and in the long run...very economical (cause if you can't make yourself swallow it...is it really a bargain?)  Go to www.carnationinstantbreakfast.com

WOW... I'm jealous... my liquid diet was 14 days and I couldn't have anything but EAS (which I've grown to love), sf jello, sf ice pops, 1 cup of cott cheese, 1 - 6oz yogurt... and WATER... I wanted some carnation... lol! Oh well, too late now! Good luck!
