A challenge to myself
I just had to share...but this week I made a promise to myself that I would try a new aerobics class at the Y, and add some variety into my work outs. I was so pleased with myself that I tried not one, but two new classes: A learn to step class (which was really, a step class with seasoned participants), and a yoga class. On top of that, I'm going to meet with a personal trainer today to see what I can do to add more variety and lose that last 30+ lbs. I'm pretty proud of myself because lately I've been so unmotivated and bored with my routine.
