1st time logging what I ate in one day

After reading so many posts about writing down what to eat, etc.  I finally came to the reality that that is what I am going to have to do in order to succeed at this journey.  Today is the first day I noted everything I put in my mouth.  I am wondering if I ate too much or not enough of certain items.  I am listing what all I devoured today so I need you guys to let me know how I did.  Be honest even if it is cruel comments.  This is all so new to me.  I had surgery on May 5 so be honest with me!!!   Breakfast: Car. Inst. Breakfast with skim milk and 21 oz. or protein (this was too much protein to mix with it but I choked it down)  tomorrow I'll probably cut the protein in half. snack: 2 sf popcicles Lunch:  4 oz. tilapia (21 gms.) snack:  jello sf pudding (2 gms)               and 1 tsp reduced fat peanut butter supper:  turkey slices (18 gms) So far I have drank 32 oz. water with crystal light peach tea.  And am working on the rest of my liquids tonight.  I know I haven't had any veggies but right now I really don't want any.  I wish there was something I could eat instead of the veggies.  I love potatoes but know they have too many carbs. Hi Grumpy.  Looks like you are working hard on getting that protein in.  Good job!  What kind of protein did you add to your SF instant carnation breakfast and skim milk?  I was just curious..  is it an 8 oz drink?  Does it seem to be too much at once? I was going to suggest maybe drinking 4 oz at a time... let it settle and cool in the fridge, then coming back to it later....  what do you think?
