Just checking in...
Hi everyone, I thought I would check in since I haven't been on the boards in a while. Graduate classes started back a few weeks ago, and I'm finding less time to be on the computer, plus the bf tends to get on the computer the moment he walks in the door...haha. Things are well. I am still 30-something pounds to my goal weight, but know that I'm losing inches, as I'm fitting into mediums at Cato's and some of my large shirts are getting lose. I signed up for a session with a personal trainer at the YMCA and am hoping to get some advice on things I can do to lose the remaining pounds, along with some motivation, and variety to my routine. I've been pretty pooped lately but am still pushing on. I've been having phone conversations with my little niece, Emmy who's talking a blue streak, although I can only get out a "hi," or a "bye aunt sissy." lol. My parents are on their dream vacation on an Alaskan cruise and return after two weeks on Thursday. I'm still seeing the boyfriend, Chris...and mother's day his family invited me to join them for dinner, knowing I couldn't be with my mother (since she's sailing the Alaskan cruise ship!). Anyway, just wanted to check in with anyone. I have a feeling if I don't an APB will be sent out...lol. Dinner club will meet next month, given this month is Memorial Day. let me know if you all have any ideas as to where to eat. I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful day! -Alyssa
