Well I only weigh in on my home scale or Vandy's stopped by the house tonight jumped on the scale and my first WOW dropped below 200 lbs and drum role please 198!  SpazPlus Debbie had bought me a 12 speed bike which I been looking at and plan on taking on the road with me. Really hoping to stay dedicated to this. Took it out for a ride (only 2 miles) loved it. It's been 40 years sense the last time I was on a bike, wish me luck. C'ya Bob

Way to go Bob!  If you need any help with the bike, I'm sure we can get the 3 year old from down the street to give you lessons!  LOL!!  Congrats man, the weight is a big accomplishment!

BOB ~ CONGRATS! Already below 200 --- that's fabulous!  Hope you enjoy your bike. I, too, started riding a bit since surgery. Couldn't believe the difference in the muscles you use to ride a bike vs. walking! And I don't quite remember the bootie hurting so much when I was younger!   ~ Tara
