What Did U Eat Today? Weds.
Hello! I am posting a bit early since I am leaving from work in about 5 minutes... then on my way out for Longhorn night with my sweetie! Yes its Weds. again! Can you believe it? So my wonderful lasagna dish from last night will be used for lunch tomorrow. Am I sad? Heck no! Lasagna is better when it has had a few days to get the juices and spices "down" in it! I bet you that it will taste SSOOOO good! (PastaLESS lasagna, that is!)
How did ya'lls day go? Mine went off pretty smooth. Was not all that busy to be stressed, but busy enough to not be bored... So let's talk food. what did you eat? what did you want to eat, but didn't? What do you wish you could eat? Or what did you fix for supper?
Early Morning Protein - Nectar cappuccino, coffee, sf caramel, labrada lean body to cream it up nice
Breakfast - Choc matrix, syntha 6 mochachino to flavor it more mocha-yness, packet of Kroger SF malt chocolate milk mix for that EXTRA chocolatey taste! I had training today so I didn't get my breakfast until 10:30!!
Lunch - Mesquite grilled chicken on a salad - got this at 11:30 and wasn't real hungry so I saved it for later when I snacked on the chicken. chicken as a snack... wow this new lifestyle sure changes "meals" from crackers as snacks pre-wls to chicken breast as a snack... how interesting
Afternoon Protein to keep the munchies away - Grape Walmart cheapo crystal lite with 1.5 oz New Whey grape bullet (orig 3 oz was 42 g protein)
Supper - probably chicken
