Approved! Now What?

Congratulations on your approval.  Great Job on the weight loss as well.  I am like others, it has to be your choice.  I had lost 30 pounds prior to getting my approval.  I had worked very hard to get to that point and when the approval came I had second thoughts.  But I stopped and remembered all the times before where the yo-yo dieting had worked, not worked etc.  I didn't want this time to be the same.  I knew eventually that if I didn't have my surgery that I would decrease the exercise, be tempted to eat the wrong things and fall back into my old bad habits.  The surgery is a tool to help you stay on track and meet your goals.  I'll say a prayer for you to come to terms with what is best for YOU!! Please ask for help if you need it, the folks here in the TN forum are great resources.  I would not have made it without them.  They are a wonderful source of knowledge and experience about all types of WLS. Thanks again for all of the advice...you know what kills me is that six months ago I would have swallowed the band if I thought I could have gotten it to work by doing so, and now I am torn...maybe it is just some form of pre op jitters...I will pray about this...thanks again to all
