Another MD appointment
I had another appointment today and what a surprise it was. I have lost a total of 18 pounds since surgery. I was amazed.
This isn't the"BIG" numbers that the RNY folks are doing, but it is very big for me. I am so excited. My husband took new pictures today....see my new avatar....the wind was blowing my hair around, but it still works. Decided to make new pictures on the dates of my MD appointments.
We did not do another fill today, I have been sick with an intestinal bug this week and still a little nauseated. Dr. and I decided to wait and do it in several more weeks. Thats good for me, I don't want to be sick, vomit and have to make an emergency room run to have it band deflated then start all over. I can be patient, when needed.
I am revising my July 4th mini goal- it was to loss 5 pounds by Father's day and 5 more by July 4th.
It is now 8 pounds by Fathers Day and 8 more by July 4th. My larger goal is to loose 25 pounds by September 1st (which is my 29th Anniversary) and that will bring me to 200 pounds.
