bony elbows

Just a small problem, but a good one to have...I've noticed my arms are extremely small and uncomfortable when I set them on my knee, or my desk when I'm at work.  Particularly the elbows when I put them on the table...bony elbows! I'm all bones now!

Bony elbows, do I have bones there....wait I think I do see bones......hehe just yet another small wow moment during our journey. Cheryl
