Well I went to the doctor today, not a fun day. As most of you know I had a huge loss last time of 35lbs in little over 4 weeks. I figured that I would have a gain with losing that much and keeping food down again. But I wasn't prepared for the "number". I have corrected my ticker to reflect it, I'm sure that most of you will be able to figure it out, but I really don't want to actually post it...at least not right now. I am still beating myself up over it and ill with myself for it. They did give me a fill and I am hoping that I will start to feel the rectriction again real soon. They tried to make me feel better, and saying things to cheer me up....well that ain't a workin. So I am just going to try to get back on track with everything and hopefully things will improve. I got reservations made for the shelter, it is still at Two River's Park, just not the shelter that I wanted. I even tried calling other places and everything was booked or had later retriction times that would not work for us. I will post all the details later in a seperate post. Hope everyone is having a great day. I'm hoping mine will get better. Cheryl

Hi Cheryl, I'm so sorry that you're having such a hard time of things here lately.  But, things will get better for you.  Especially since you've had your fill and maybe you've got good restriction now.  I know for me, that's a real good thing.  Hang in there.  I'll be praying for you. Hugs, Tammy P
