Waddy'a Eat Today? Tuesday
It's that time... to discuss what food choices we have made for the day. Yesterday I could hardly eat. Today I wanted everything! Thank goodness i had some great tasting protein products at work!
Here's the rundown:
Early Morning: moccachino with sleeve of sf choc milk mix
Brkfast: cold whey gourmet arctic cappuccino/ no like
then the rest of the scoop in a HOT drink Still no like!
Lunch: leftover bariatric lasagna! yummo
Tim called & took me out to lunch; didn't have the heart to tell him I already ate, so I picked on a small salad, took the chicken to go
Afternoon: 4 oz of whey gourmet choc peanut butter
4 oz moccacchino
Later I was hungry so I ate about an ounce of chicken breast
Supper: chicken salad on one piece of wheat bread

Remember I'm preop so don't think I'm eating too much for WLS.
Breakfast
2 slices double fiber whole wheat toast
1 tbsp light margarine
2 tbsp apple jelly
250 calories, 42 carbs
Lunch
3 oz tuna
1 boiled egg
1 tbsp light mayo
1 tbsp sweet relish
241 calories, 5 carbs
Dinner
1 1/2 cup chicken and dumplings
1/2 cup green peas
535 calories, 67 carbs Yikes
Snack
Oatmeal yogurt cookie
100 calories, 14 carbs
Total calories 1226
Total carbs 142 Yikes supposed to stay under 135.
Hopefully will be lower on carbs tomorrow.

My meals for Tuesday:
early morning protein - protein cappuccino
breakfast - Carb Master yogurt with 1/2 serving Bear Naked granola
mid-morning - protein cappuccino
lunch - 2 oz roast beef rolled around yellow bell pepper with a smidge of honey mustard
snack while out & about - 1/4 Supreme protein bar
dinner - 2 oz Apricot Chicken, 1/4 cup cooked spinach, 1 Tblsp mashed potato
evening snack - 1/2 cup Carb Control ice cream
water - 96 oz
