While our surgeons are now taking most insurances, there are still many plans that don't cover weight loss surgery; for those who self pay - we include a warranty against any complications related to surgery, 30 days for a gastric band (we place both the REALIZE band and the lap-band), 60 days for a gastric sleeve or a gastric bypass.
