Pain in the Toukas
Hi Wendy......
I am so happy to hear that you no longer have a pain in the A$$.... LOL
But (no pun intended) you know that I have seen several posters over the years talk about pain in the tailbone area...... This is very interesting.... I am gonna look into it more....... Thanks......
I did not or have not had to experience that but I do know when my rib cage surfaced it was an uncomfortable feeling for me (no pain, just discomfort) It was as if I needed to hold myself differently or improve my posture.... Big hugs to you...

Very interesting topic cause my tail bone pain almost rules my day. The pain has only gotten worse as I have lost weight.... just as my Dr said it would.
BUT... not BUTT
my pain is due to birthing a 10.5lbs baby !!! My tail bone is dislocated (they say there is no such thing as broken only dislocated). He will be 3 years old in August and I have had 4 caudal epidurals to help with my pain. I have had 3 months of internal physical therapy (not FUN) 3 x a week to no avail. I have tried exercise too and nothing. I am sure my tail bone issue is different than you are talking about but I just had to add my 2 cents worth.... I feel like I have Tourrets Syndrome cause when I stand up a bad word comes screaming out of me!
So with all that said, I have an appointment to see a new Dr on the 14th to get the dang thang removed. Wish me luck and keep me in your prayers that it works.
