An idea for protein drink
OK Ya'll know how easily bored we can become with our protein drinks... so Shelia and myself have joined efforts this week and created our very own.
First, a disclaimer. It has carbs. It has calories. It has sugars.
Calories: 90
Carbs: 5
Sugars: 2
Protein: 12
I use this as my morning drink the past few days...
Here is the recipe
4 oz of Java Monster Lo Ball Coffee/Energy drink (they come in cans, some are NOT low carb and very high in sugar... and hard to tell the difference... be cautious)
4 oz of Labrada Lean Body Chocolate

OK Here is another idea... Just in! LOL
I purchased some Mandarin Orange Fulfill Vitamin Enhanced Fitness Drink Mix (sugar free) the other day. It does not turn your bottle of water orange... it is tasty! But, I decided... add 1/2 scoop of Matrix Orange. OOH MY!! Its good! I do not care that much for orange Matrix and thought of tossing or giving away... not now! It's MINE! yummo
