Centennial Sports Plex Water Aerobics?

I have not been to the water aerobics classes at the Sportsplex, but I have been to the ones at the Baptist Wellness Center.  It is located in the basement of the building where the Metabolic Surgery Center is on Chruch Street.  Are you seeing a doctor there??  If so, call them and ask for a free month's pass.  They sometimes give them out at the support group meetings.  This would give you the opportunity to see if you like it.  I work at St. Thomas so my membership at St. T.  wellness center gets me into the wellness center at Baptist. Good luck and get moving, you can do this just as many other have. Sherry M

Blush,  Let me know if you get a pass, we can coordinate a time or two, I would love to go with you.   I haven't been this winter, but did go almost weekly (sometimes two time/week) in the fall.   I would love to have an areobics  bubby. I started the process like Melinda did as part of the Succeed program offered at Baptist and St. Thomas.

It has worked wonders for my mental state of mind, not to mention my weight, energy and overall well being.
