A baking fool!
Several months ago I posted about the dreaded Banana Split Cake at my birthday. If you missed that whole episode, here is a link (click here).
Anyway, today we are celebrating Administrative Professional Day with a pot luck. I decided if I wanted to eat something sweet, I would have to make it my self. So I did just that. I signed up to bring desserts. We are having a SF Turtle Cheesecake, a regular Cheesecake with Strawberries with a SF Strawberry Glaze, and 2 SF Strawberry Pies!
There will be food *****n the blog this evening! Now before you say anything, all of this is not for me! It's just to help everyone at work understand that Sugar Free can be good! I also realize that sugar free does not mean calorie free. So I will be very careful and moderation will be essential to my very existence! Wow, I love big words in the mornings!
Well, I'm off to climb the Big Orange Stair Master! I might have to do some extra reps after todays lunch! LOL!!!

I happen to like to refer the whole process as a History channel documentary.... LOL
And, I just wanna know,,,, what president made Administrative Professional Day something that we pay homage to.... LOl
Oh yea, oh yea, I almost forgot to ask you this..... Who on the green earth ( it is green according to Al Gore ( i know this about my buddy Al cause I ran in to him last week...having dinner at the Palms.... okay NO,, I fess up... I was not waiting for AL Gore to have dinner at the Palms... I happen to be a happy recipient of wonderful box seats at the predators game.... I know, don't mock me just yet.... I had so sold my tickets to this Nashville game only to find out later that they weren't as much as I had wagered their face value to be... I am gonna have to get back to you with my latest dilemma here cause I gotta ring up Neena and ask her what would lady VOlS coach Pat do in a crunch situation like I found myself to be in....
Another thing,, I think I have warned us in the past about the word FOOD PORN!!!! You can say PORN and I can not say PIZZA!!... Guess what?? I am getting ready to post a recipe about cheese cake pudding and the Carly Simon song Anticipation is gonna have to scream and yell out to us all cause the only thing I can divulge at this moment about my fancy cheesecake pudding is the word cream cheese.... LOL

Ummm Scott, I can't cook and I need help and I can't pay you because disability doesn't pay much but I'm fun to be around. lol I'm sooooo gonna try the strawberry pie when I'm cleared for fruit but right now I'll just eat some sugarfree jello and pretend. lol

Please don't worry about our sweet Scott getting compensation for his over time duties on the OH Tenn.. board.... He gets a wonderful benefits package here and there were even rumors around the board room that Scott was gonna get a little extra in his weekly envelope this week cause he had to jump some extra hurdles this week in what is commonly referred to as the speed bumps of life....
None of us are immune to those speed bumps... We all get em... The bottom line though is how we react to them, not how many times we run over them....
If you go over the speed bumps real slow, and with a lot of caution, then you are gonna come out more ahead with the wear and tear on your vehicle than if you get accustomed to running over them with full speed..... You are gonna end up in the repair shop if you keep blasting the bumps with full velocity... LOL
Neena, you are so right about Ms. Pat, she would have had a pow wow with the team....Now, if we could all just get in a huddle and talk about the game plan as a team, we could forge forward as a group to be winners...... LOL I knew if anyone else was gonna get this is was gonna be you.... Don't think for one minute that there is not someone out there watching or have your back... I have a new chicken recipe I'll have to post. I got the recipe from a diabetic dietitian and it was delicious, and very moist. I just have to fix it so I can take some pics to go along with it. I've never shot porn before, I hope I can do it justice.

But I am thinkin there is someone in your immediate family that is real close to you that could give us some pointers on photography, just the right lighting.. shutter speeds.. etc. etc. etc...... After we get real good at it then we will sell the photos to Scott for a song and a dance to post on his blog... LOL

So, unhealthy enticing foods are called food porn? Very apt. However, you should have spoilered your post for those of us who are just starting the 6 month physician supervised diet. Glad to get started on the process but already missing things that wont fit into my 1400 calorie daily plan. Everything sounds so scrumptious. Have some for me.
