I work 7-3, then to the gym for my mile walk (15 minutes) weights and 10 minutes on the bike.   Step count so far is 6910....with more yet to do. Sherry

So after taking 3 days off from exercise. IDGOMB today. I did 30 minutes on the bike, 45 minutes of weights. This afternoon I walked to and from my kids school and that is 3 miles total.

I been in and out of the house since 7:30 this morning... 

  Pulled a total of 4 buckets of weeds that included picking up leaves that I did not pick up back in the fall.   

  Had 2 emotional break downs today... Not one but two...   Thank God I had 2 of the best people on the planet to take those melt downs...  What would I do without wonderful people in my life.    

  How much does a heart rate go up when you have a melt down????

Worked out with the trainer for 30 minutes and let me tell you - I was sweating when I got done - but it felt good.  I never thought I would come to enjoy or look forward to exercising, but it is kind of growing on me.
