Had a great 45 minute workout with the trainer aka "The Torturer" today. Feeling pretty good overall. A little sore in various places, but it is a good kind of sore. So, what did you do today?

Can I count helping to pack up clothing in the rain?? We had to pack in the Plus Size yard sale about noon due to rain. You should have seen us scrambling to get everything boxed up and packed into the U-Haul van and Shelia's SUV. Paula Rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm sure the guys at the Rivergate Goodwill were blown away when Shelia pulled up with her vehicle stuffed with boxes of clothes and told them the bigger load was on it's way.
