Hot Mama....  You know how much I luv ya right?????      You and I have been there together on so many occasions...  Right...????     I am only gonna tell you this because I luv ya....   and I know how much you want to be successful with this cause I have read so much about you....     Guess what?   If I had not done so much research about you personally then I would like for you to hit the VOID button on me RIGHT NOW!!!!    I can show you where the void button is.....   Scott set up a personal VOID button for Trina cause she seems to get lost at times on her antidepressant medicine....  And the frickin Fox News channel that seems to bring her down and it makes her a wet blanket for the rest of us.....       That is why my best bud Scott has personally designed a Void button for a fricken post that I might originate cause I am delusional....   LOL   So with that being said I am gonna go out on a limb here:     Sausage for breakfast is full of  preservatives that have absolutely no nutritional value for you...   Peanuts for a snack ....  Okay I am gonna give you that one cause that is a good choice.....   Lunch....   Hot Dogs????? Where did you read on the Nut list that Hot dogs were a go?    Where did Sun Chips come in to play?   Afternoon snack.....  okay so we are back at peanuts...  I am still gonna give you that one as a freebie...  Cause I luv you so much and all......   Supper......   I love the chicken breast idea.....Where did the mac and cheese come from and where did the noodles come from??????   HotMamma... If you are being hugely successful with this eating program then please hit the void button that Scott has provided for post that come from Truly Trina......   If you are not being hugely successful with this program then please proceed with the button that is labeled...  We all are trying to learn here and no one else has the magic potion......

You are right.  That block button means you cannot see someone' s posts.  I never knew that was on there before.  I hit block on your post and then did "back" button to go back.  But didnt know it activated the block feature until I could not see any of your posts anymore.  Then I changed it back.  You learn something new, almost everyday...  I still had to refer back to Scott's tutorial on how to change an avatar! I can never remember how to do that.

Awwwe,   My sweet Melinda....

I didn't know that you were gonna actually hit the block button for Trina's Post....   LOL   OMG!!!!  Why on earth could you possibly think I was kidding about a topic so serious as a TRINA BLOCK MUTE BUTTON....   lol

When the OH tech team along with their number one guy Scott were in heavy closed door board room discussions about their software heavy duty techno stuff, there was much discussion about a nuisances issue...  which Bob L. likes to refer to as the terminix poster child...  anywho....

Anyway, I like to be referred to as one of those pesky family nuisances that you can not escape from at the wonderful, memorable family get togethers....  And when one of those pesky family members are not present at the all too familiar family get togethers....  Everyone is looking for em....   LOL   LOL   LOL

Ok first off I never get offended by someone elses opinion but let me clairafy something.

Sausage is actually Turkey sausage and it is very good for ya

Hot tog is actually a chicken hot dog

and the mac and cheese is whole wheat noodles and I had 4 of them

I am still learning and

I always eat my protein first so I do not have room for much else

With todays alternatives let not please assume that what it is called is what it is made of . I am 4.5 months out and actually 6 pounds from my goal weight. I have never dumped and I always eat what is good for me.  I ecercize daily and I do NOT follow others plans. What is good for me may not necessarily be good for them. I never eat sugar not even some of the suggestions that are made on here that contain lots of sugar. I have still to this day not eaten fruit I am scared of the natural sugars in them. I get my protein and the rest is all a guess and learning for me. I have had a kidos from my Dr and all my tests were successful.

Thanks for caring.

Smooches

Hi Hot Mama.......   I wanna thank you for your letting me off the hook with my every body has an opinion......   comment....

You have been such a gracious poster for quite some time and I knew that if anyone was gonna let me just ramble it was gonna be you....   Sometimes people are able to read between the lines of certain post....  OTHERS ARE NOT...

You my friend happen to come from a place that I can identify with so I knew you were gonna cut me some slack, even if no one else on the whole planet was gonna...  I can just tell about those things....

I wanna just start by saying this....    You never ever ever ever have to justify your eating to me......   EVER.....

I just have the up most respect for you for even posting your daily menu......  As you can see there are tons and tons of posters here....  You and Melinda are the only ones with the courage enough to even post your daily consumption rituals....  WOW...  I can not even say that for myself....   Do you see me posting what I had for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and my vitamin supplements???   NO....   So Imma thinkin if I can not put out I need to shut up........

Please never stop sharing....  That is what a support board is all about...   There are many folks here that can only read and learn from everyone else....  Without your contribution we would be worthless.....
