It is hard to believe that today is Thursday, already.  Normally I am saying "This week has gone by so slow..." But with the beautiful weather, the days have just flown by this week!  I haven't been incredibly busy at work.  How has your week gone?  Anything of interest that you would like to share? How about your eating?  As always, I ask the question:  how did your eating fare today?  Was your tummy happy and rejoice over the choices you made, or was it sick and angry at you for putting it through the torture of foods that are/were not pouch worthiness? Here is how my day went: Early Morning Protein (gotta have that jump start!) Coffee/Nectar Cappuccino/Few drops of sugar free Davinci (caramel or cinnamon, I am not sure!) Breakfast of Champions (I ain't talkin' Wheaties!) Very untraditional breakfast today.  About 1/8 cup of insides from calzones leftover from Tuesday's supper, topped with skim mozarella cheese Multivitamin; calcium Mid Morning Protein (my afternoon pick me up) Whey Gourmet raspberry Smoothie/Cranberry flavoring (half portion) Chai tea with Nectar Vanilla Bean Torte Lunch Chicken breast left from yesterday's lunch B12; Calcium; Vitamin D Afternoon Protein (scare away the carb & crave monster) Mocha frappuccino! Who says ya gotta give up the good stuff! (made with chocolate Matrix) Supper or Dinner, depending on what part of the country you are from! To be announced Evening Protein (calm down & get ready for bed) To be announced Iron at bedtime Don't forget your vitamins/supplements: Calcium Sublingual B12 Vitamin D Multivitamin Iron

For supper, I had some salmon from Longhorn.  Its been awhile since I had salmon. Probably won't do it again anytime soon...  barely choked down half of it, and thats just to get in the protein from it... My tummy screamed at me, and I just yelled right on back 'SHUT UP. YOU ARE GOING TO GET THIS WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT'.  It calmed down a bit, but for a few minutes, I couldn't say much as I was trying not to puke it up.  I guess its like force feeding your kids that nasty medicine that you know they need...  I had two bites of breyers carbsmart ice cream (vanila).  Tim had made him some kind of hot fudge banana split something or other and I thought that the ice cream sounded good....  yes in theory.  But I didn't force it down.  It sure didn't taste like my mocha frappuccino milkshake...  I like it muchchchchchc better!
