Ok, ya'll know that I have been wanting to try different things as far as protein. Everyone had such good ideas/suggestions/samples for me. Well I finally made a trip to a Vitamin Shoppe, who would have thought that I would ever fenture into a Vitamin Shoppe of all places. I bought me some protein bars different brands and kinds. I tried my first one today..........OMG.............OMG. I had a Oh Yeah Protein Wafer bar, it was Peanut Butter Cup, it is the BOMB. It is packaged like Kit-Kat, I'm in heaven. Phil got the Chocolate Mint flavor, it smells and he says taste just like the Girl Scout Thin Mints. I'm sure we all remember them....LOL. I just wanted to say thankie, thankie again for all the ideas/suggestions/samples, I don't know what in the world I would do with out all of you. Cheryl

Cheryl Glad you found something that you LOVE!!! Vitamin Shoppe has surely become my gastric friend! I love some of those protein bars... You'll have to keep us abreast on your new finds in the upcoming days and weeks... I have a feeling you will be visiting VS again soon! lol

Cheryl, I LOVE Oh Yeah bars! Someone, I think Mel, sent one by Ron to me at the lunch bunch when my brother had the heart attack. It was a life saver! So whoever sent it, thanks a ton!! Marilyn
