Whad'ya Eat Today? Weds.
Morning all! Thought I would chime in!
Early morning: 8 oz. Matrix Orange Cream Protein Shake, along with my plethora of vitamins. All of this at 3:30 a.m.
Breakfast: EAS Cafe Caramel RTD . This usally happens at 9:00 when I get to my full time job.
Mid morning snack: 8 small size Kroger buttery rice cakes
Lunch: 3-4 oz. egg salad, 2 sugar free sweet gerkins
Mid afternoon snack: 1 Russell Stover sugar free toffee square
Dinner: Small bowl of Cream of chicken soup, small serving of strawberries with 2 Murrays sugar free shortbread cookie
Now, lets throw 3 bottles of H2O, amd a thermos of decaf coffee with Benefiber
