I have left the 300's finally, WHOO HOO!!! I haven't weighed less than 300 since I delivered my son over 15 yrs. ago. I'm a happy camper.

Oh yeah, I need help on adding the cute little emotions in my posts, they won't post when I click on them. Could someone explain to the puter dummy please.

That is terrific, I thought I was the only one on here that was still in the 300's. I can't wait till I make it to the 200's. I thought I was excited when I left the 400's. But to get into the 200's OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! Party at the Parker House..................LOL. Cheryl
