Not sure how much this will help, but I was my doctor's first Sleeve, and he's located in Maryville, TN, just outside of Knoxville. I think that's further from you than Nashville, but just another option if you need it. I was self-pay, but the insurance lady in my doctor's office is great, so I have no doubt that she would do whatever she could to work with you and your insurance. His name is Dr. Mark Colquitt, and I should have a link under my avatar to the left. They have a wonderful bariatric program, and I've been nothing but pleased so far. Good luck!

I don't know about doctor's that do that type or close to you but regardless your surgeon's office should be working for you and not against you.  Good luck!

you should contact the doctors that do the duodenal switch surgeries. bbecause the vsg is just the first part, the restrictive part, of the ds. any surgeon who does the ds i'm sure would do the vsg. hope this helps.
