Cheryl, Go to the following website ( Century Club Cards ) and choose which design you like the best. At that point, let me know and I will make you one! I believe they come in 100, 150, 200, 300 pounds lost! Scott

Ok Scott, I'm not sure how much trouble they are for you too make. I would like one of each design for my 100lbs and one for the Loser's Bench, all in the large form. I am wanting several to put in differnet places. But if it is too much trouble, just make the Butterfly one. I believe you have my email addy. If not just let me know. Thanks a bunch. Cheryl
