We have our resident Bob L. to thank for this one. Many months ago while dear Bob L. was waiting on his insurance approval he had a lot of excessive nervous energy. We being the good supportive group that we are humored him while he needed to get through this rough spot... Some days he would post some rambling posts but then one golden day he had an IDEA.... he decided to go for a walk and then when he returned he had to post and tell us about his walk. He went on to say IDGOMB (I Did Get Off My Butt)... Genius I tell you pure Genius... IDGOMB is now a term used by people all over the world that want to start a new topic thread about how you moved that day.. If you did not move you just simply type in the thread IDNGOMB (I Did NOT Get Off My Butt) If you type that then you pretty much get put to shame by Ms. Gidget....

I've been a busy 
all day long. Lunch with Wendy and her ma, such a wonderful lady, and Cheryl and Phil, we had such a wonderful time. It was so enjoyable, we showed pictures wow what a change. Just wonderful conversation, just priming up for Saturday. 
with love for all !!! Oh, Oh , then Ms. Ashlea, took me to WalMart and all over the store I went. If I needed something on one end, I needed something at the other. Man, I sure was glad to get home!!!!! To much for me, Then Ash, says ma we got some things to do in Murfreeboro tomorrow. I've got to get the Protein . So here we go again.... Gees......Barb
