I switched up my routine alittle. 30 minutes on the stairclimber (which sucked big time) I started to use free weights instead of the weight machines. I worked my abs, and lower body. Also did 60 pushups on the stability ball. 60 sidebends on each side with a 25lb weight.

Walked for about 30 minutes....  Couldn't get Ms. Ruby to go out cause it was raining....  Like a little rain was gonna hurt somebody....  Just made my hair frizzy.....

Pulled weeds for a while when I was finnished walking....Pulled about a bucket full...  They were wet and heavy from the rain so got an extra workout from that....

Ms. Ruby looks like a puppy I could come to love very quickly.  I really like bulldogs.  Never have owned one, but they are so cool and I've had several friends that have them.  I actually own a 10 year old male shih tzu - very stuck up and independent - I believe he was a cat in another life as he only wants attention on his own terms.  And then, of course, I have my baby Zoe.  She is an 18 month old Jack Russell Terrier that looks so much like a Rat Terrier the vet has suggested DNA testing.  It wouldn't matter what the results were because I would never trade her in for another.  Purchased her in 2006 for my daughter for Christmas.  In January 2007, we found out she had a congenital birth defect of her urinary tract and has to be on medicine the rest of her life for it.  At that point, my daughter decided being a dog owner was too much trouble and we got her back.  I wouldn't take anything in the world for her and I, yes I am the center of her world.  I love it!

Hi Annrene,   We have our resident Bob L. to thank for this one.  Many moths ago while dear Bob L. was waiting on his insurance approval he had a lot of excessive nervous energy.  We being the good supportive group that we are humored him while he needed to get through this rough spot... Some days he would post some rambling posts but then one golden day he had an IDEA.... he decided to go for a walk and then when he returned he had to post and tell us about his walk.  He went on to say IDGOMB (I Did Get Off My Butt)...  Genius I tell you pure Genius...  IDGOMB is now a term used by people all over the world that want to start a new topic thread about how you moved that day..  If you did not move you just simply type in the thread IDNGOMB (I Did NOT Get Off My Butt)  If you type that then you pretty much get put to shame by Ms. Gidget....

I will have IDGOMB t-shirts available for purchase...
