So do you use protein bars and if so....
what kind is your favorite? Someone mentioned to me using a protein bar for my breakfast meal. I am trying not to drink my meals, so I can get my other liquids in during the day. It's Wednesday...we're climbing over the wall to the end of the week and the weekend, hurray! This week is going incredibly slow for me. Have a great day! Becky

Here are some of my favorites as protein bars go. I really like the BALANCE caramel nut blast, they also have a crunchy peanut butter flavor I like . They are at Kroger or Walmart. Sometimes you can catch a 10 for $10 at Kroger and they have variety of flavors there. There are a lot of protein bars out there and our taste are all different so I would say go to Kroger or somewhere like Vitamin shoppe that sell bars individually and start trying them and find one you really like.
My favorite is the Power Crunch Bars. They are more like a wafer (like a nutty buddy). So, I like these the best because they are not so thick and chewy. But they are a little more expensive than some of the others. You can get them at the vitamin shop or online. The Peanut Butter Creme is probably my favorite but I like all the flavors.

Supreme Protein are good. Only eat about 1/4. Don't try half. Sugar alcohols kinda high; could cause gastro distress, aka diarrhea, cramps. Taste just like a 100 Grand bar. Fabulous. I had 1/2 the first time, and had gastro distress... but had me still coming back for more. Tasty tasty
Oh yeah Chocolate & Peanut - Susan turned me on to this. Tastes like a Babe Ruth. Don't eat it all in one sitting though.
Atkins coconut chocolate - taste like Mounds. Its great! I was tempted to stick an almond on it for an almond joy! Hey I still might.
Hungry for Payday? Rock N Roll peanut is good... heat it in mic for a few seconds as they are hard to chew otherwise... they are good....
Oh Yeah bars are good too... Powercrunch are good.. both are like wafers. Reminds me of sugar wafers.
If you are rny patien****ch the So Beach Diet bars. Look at the proteins, carbs; some are too high in carbs, low in protein. Depends on which one you choose.
